The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially astute Advertising Sales Operations & Revenue Management Specialist (APAC) to join our Advertising team based in Tokyo.

This is a senior operational role acting as the regional hub for advertising operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The position goes beyond administrative support and serves as the go-to person for Salesforce, booking accuracy, billing reconciliation, and revenue management.

You will work closely with regional sales teams, London production teams, finance, digital ad operations, agencies, and external partners to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and commercial accuracy across APAC advertising transactions.

Strong business-level English, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and a deep understanding of advertising booking and billing workflows are important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & Sales Operations

  • Act as Salesforce super user and first point of contact for APAC teams
  • Input, handle and maintain high-quality deal data in Salesforce
  • Ensure data accuracy across booking, billing and revenue tracking
  • Support operational standardisation across the APAC region
     

Booking & Placement Management

  • Handle advertising bookings across print and digital platforms
  • Coordinate availability checks, place holding, confirmations and scheduling
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, finance) and external agencies to ensure accurate placement
     

Revenue Management & Billing

  • Reconcile booking values, invoices and revenue figures
  • Act as the go-to person for billing-related queries and issue resolution
  • Prepare and handle purchase orders (POs)
  • Support revenue forecasting accuracy and reporting integrity
     

Regional Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with APAC sales teams and third-party representatives
  • Communicate effectively with London-based production teams and digital ad operations teams in English
  • Liaise with agencies and vendors regarding materials, timelines and invoicing
     

Materials & Publication Management

  • Receive, verify and submit advertising materials
  • Confirm publication (print and digital) and distribute proof of publication
  • Arrange physical copies where required
     

Process & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain structured operational documentation via Google Drive
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Reduce operational dependency on individuals through standardisation

Required Skills and Experience

  • validated experience in advertising sales operations, media operations or related commercial roles
  • Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal coordination required)
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of advertising booking and billing workflows
  • Ability to handle multiple partners across markets and time zones
  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial judgement
  • Proactive, dedicated to finding effective approaches  

Desirable

  • Experience improving Salesforce processes or system optimisation
  • Experience in multinational or regional organisations
  • Knowledge of advertising finance, invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets

職務概要

アジアパシフィック地域における広告ビジネスのオペレーション中核として、営業・紙面編成・経理・システムオペレーション(Salesforce、Adbookなど)・外部パートナーを横断的につなぐリージョナル・ステークホルダーの役割を担っていただきます。

単なる事務サポートではなく、

・Salesforceのスーパーユーザー
・ブッキング、請求、売上管理における最終確認・判断の拠り所(Go-to person)
・各国チーム・代理店・本社との業務標準を支えるハブ

として、APAC全体の広告オペレーションの質とスピード向上に貢献していただきます。

高い英語力、Salesforceを中心とした業務理解、広告取引および請求フローへの実務的な知見が不可欠なポジションです。

 

主な業務内容

1. Salesforce & 営業オペレーション(中核業務)

・Salesforceへの案件入力・管理・品質管理
・Salesforceのスーパーユーザーとしての社内問い合わせ対応、運用サポート
・商流・案件進行におけるデータ整合性の担保

2. ブッキング・掲載管理

・広告枠のブッキングおよびスケジュール管理(紙・デジタル)
・社内(営業・紙面編成)および社外(代理店・媒体社)との調整

3. レベニューマネジメント・請求

・売上・請求金額の突合、収益管理の最終確認
・請求関連問い合わせの窓口および課題解決
・発注書(PO)の作成・管理

4. リージョナル調整・ステークホルダー対応

・APAC営業チーム・営業代理店との調整
・ロンドン本社紙面編成チームおよびアジアデジタル広告オペレーションチームとの英語でのコミュニケーション
・外部広告代理店・委託先との連携(原稿・請求・進行管理)

5. 原稿・掲載証明・管理業務

・広告原稿の受領、内容確認、入稿管理
・掲載確認(新聞・デジタル)および掲載証明の取得
・掲載紙の発注・手配

6. 業務基盤・ナレッジ管理

・Google Driveを用いた営業・オペレーション資料の管理
・業務フロー改善、属人化の排除、APAC標準化への貢献

 

応募資格

必須条件

・広告営業オペレーション、営業事務、または広告業界での実務経験(5年以上)
・Business-level English proficiency(読み書き・調整業務必須)
・SalesforceなどCRMの実務使用経験(入力レベル以上)
・請求・売上管理フローへの理解
・複数ステークホルダーを横断する調整力
