About the role:

 

The Audience Development Executive will support the global FT Professional Marketing and Sales teams by maintaining data quality and providing relevant data sets for prospecting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing campaigns by creating prospect lists via internal and external research aligning with best practices.
  • Maintaining data quality of FT Professional lead and contact demographic data.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects supporting long-term objectives.
  • Contribute to Marketo best practices by adding to the team’s knowledge share.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Monitor and manage queries from Marketing and Sales teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
  • Experience of working in a global team, with an offsite manager.
  • Experience of working with and manipulating large sets of data
  • Must be proactive and be able to operate with limited supervision from line
  • manager
  • A team player, who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to think creatively, ask questions and test ideas.
  • Knowledge of GDPR (and similar), impact on Marketing and Communications
  • globally.

 

Preferred:

  • Marketo marketing automation
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Research experience
