Regional Community Manager

About the Role

Regional Agent Network Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to acquire and engage community members through offline channels. This role involves developing and implementing mass acquisition campaigns, organizing events, and building relationships with key stakeholders to drive community growth and engagement.

Job Descriptions

Build and Nurture Nationwide Community:

  • Develop and implement strategies to create a strong and engaged community across the nation.
  • Foster relationships with community members, KOL (key opinion leaders), stakeholders, and partners to enhance overall engagement.

Community Engagement Management:

  • Manage all aspects of community engagement initiatives, including online platforms, events, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of community initiatives with broader company objectives.

Budget Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the community budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular reports on budget utilization and recommend adjustments for optimal performance.

Program Creation and Execution:

  • Design and execute innovative programs that resonate with the community and align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance community participation and support sales objectives.
  • Overseeing the affiliate program, such as the Agent-Get-Agent initiative, to bolster the sales team in acquiring new agents.

Sales Team Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Develop community programs that directly contribute to boosting sales and enhancing customer loyalty.

Metrics and Analysis:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of community initiatives.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve community programs and engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably at a national or regional level.
  • Strong understanding of community-building strategies, both online and offline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful community programs.
  • Familiarity with industry and understanding of its community dynamics.
  • Experience in sales support and collaboration with sales teams is a plus.
