Your Role:

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Casino team, with a strong focus on Gamification. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering features that make our casino experience more engaging and rewarding for players. You will own gamification initiatives end to end — from identifying opportunities and refining ideas, through delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Building and improving gamification features:
  Lead the development of new gamification mechanics and continuously improve existing ones based on player behavior and performance data.
• End-to-end feature ownership:
  Take ownership of features from initial concept through delivery and release, ensuring they meet both player needs and business objectives.
• Clear product documentation:
  Write practical and unambiguous requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable design and engineering teams to work efficiently.
• Data-informed decisions:
  Track and analyze key metrics to assess feature performance, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration:
  Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and other stakeholders to manage trade-offs, solve problems, and deliver high-quality releases on time.

Who You Are:

• Relevant product experience:
  Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally working on gamification, engagement, or player-facing features within iGaming
• Strong execution skills:
  A track record of delivering features end to end in a fast-moving, iterative product environment.
• Product and player mindset:
  Ability to connect product decisions with player behavior, engagement, and retention.
• Clear communicator:
  Comfortable translating ideas into clear documentation and working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality:
  Someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, quality, and continuous improvement within their product area.
