Your Role:

We are seeking a Configuration Manager (R&D Operations) who will own the end-to-end user journeys across our platform. You will partner closely with Product, UX, Compliance, Payments, CRM, and Operations teams to define, configure, and maintain holistic flows. Your mission: ensure that every user’s interaction - from onboarding and deposits to retention and support - is consistent, compliant, and as frictionless as possible.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Configuration Management

• Translate product, compliance, and business requirements into precise configuration rules.
• Manage configuration across all domains (onboarding, KYC, payments, limits, promotions, compliance workflows, market‑specific rules).
• Ensure configuration changes are implemented correctly and consistently across all environments and markets.

Governance & Documentation

• Maintain structured documentation on configuration logic, dependencies, risk areas, and change history.
• Own and update configuration standards, best practices, templates, and playbooks under R\&D Operations.
• Ensure all configuration activity is traceable, auditable, and aligned with operational and regulatory needs.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of accountability for configuration delivery.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Compliance, CRM, Payments, and Operations during feature development and market rollouts.
• Lead configuration planning, reviews, and contribute to change‑control workflows within the R\&D Operations framework.

Quality Assurance &Validation

• Validate configuration behavior before go‑live by partnering with QA and Automation teams.
• Identify misconfiguration risks early and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Support post‑release verification to confirm expected system behavior in production.

Continuous Improvement

• Streamline configuration processes through better templates, consistent rule sets, and improved workflows.
• Collaborate with Automation and Integration teams to strengthen the full R\&D Operations lifecycle (config → test → integrate → release).
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure configuration evolves accordingly.

Who You Are:

• Must-Have: Proven experience (3-5+ years) in iGaming / regulated digital platforms, particularly in roles that involve configuration, user journey design, product operations or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end platform user journeys (onboarding, KYC, payments, bonus/promotions, retention etc.).
• Background in Product Management, Business Analysis, Configuration Management, or Product Operations.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-team communication skills.
• High attention to detail; strong quality assurance mindset.
• Proven ability to document, define standards/templates, and enforce configuration processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent updates or changes due to product/digital/regulatory demands.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages / local/regulatory nuances is a plus.
