How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Deliver High-Quality Software: Work in an agile team to develop and ship reliable, high-performing software that meets business needs and drives value for our clients.
• Ensure Quality at Every Stage: Take ownership of quality assurance from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring each feature meets the highest standards.
• Monitor Release Processes: Oversee smooth and efficient software releases, ensuring proper execution and minimal disruptions.
• Develop & Document Test Plans: Create and maintain detailed software test plans, guaranteeing robust and error-free deployments.
• Collaborate in an Agile Team: Work closely with cross-functional team members to continuously improve and refine the development process.

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are: 

• QA Enthusiast: You have 1–3 years of experience testing web and client/server applications, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Sports-Savvy: Your background as a sports risk analyst or your deep knowledge of sports betting gives you a unique edge in understanding business logic and user needs.
• Industry-Aware: You’re familiar with the Sportsbook and Casino industries and understand the dynamics of this fast-paced environment.
• QA Documentation Skilled: You can define and write QA documentation, methodologies, and processes, and know how to apply them effectively.
• Test Planning & Execution: You create clear, structured test plans and test cases, while confidently prioritizing and coordinating testing activities.
• Detail-Oriented: You review requirements, specifications, and technical designs carefully, providing valuable and timely feedback.
• Collaborative & Proactive: A strong team player who communicates well, takes initiative, and escalates issues when necessary.
• Database Knowledge: Comfortable working with databases (MySQL preferred) to validate data integrity and performance.
• UX/UI Focused: You have an eye for user experience and interface details, ensuring the final product is not only functional but also user-friendly.
