The Resource Coordinator and Administrator is a part of the Analyst Operations team, serving the Analyst Team in resource management, task assignment, and information management.
This role involves daily monitoring of the Resourcing inbox to triage incoming requests and manage tasking across the Analyst schedule. This involves an understanding of task types, global Analyst skill levels, and business objectives to appropriately prioritize task assignments.
As a team administrator, this role involves information management of policies and documentation across internal Analyst websites, including the company POD (intranet), SharePoint, Darktrace Academy, and GitLab.
Please note that this is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance to one of Darktrace's MST or PST offices (Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle, or Denver).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To answer any queries, externally from the from the Sales Teams and internally from the analysts.
- Ensure that POV, SPOT and Pen Test report requests are assigned in a timely fashion and to provide guidance where required on support processes.
- Work closely with the Global Resource Coordinator on ensuring consistency in tasking.
- Maintain information on Analyst websites, including regular reviews for accuracy.
- Oversee user permissions and assignments across internal training platforms.
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by analyst management, such as coordination for team events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Administration: Managing available resources across the Analyst team and identifying areas of improvement within processes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across the business, providing guidance on resourcing to Analysts and external teams.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills, crafting timely and clear responses to incoming requests.
- Organization: Effective time management to balance incoming requests through Resourcing and other administrative work.
- Proactivity: Identifying gaps or issues in existing processes and taking ownership of potential improvements.
- Prioritization: Leveraging an understanding of Analyst work and business needs to manage tasking across the team, communicating updates on high-priority work to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Supporting Analysts and sales teams in troubleshooting issues, escalating as necessary.
