Junior Finance Specialist

• Assist with the preparation of monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) for internal use
• Help track and compare budget vs. actuals across teams and products
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting data and updating templates
• Ensure data accuracy by checking figures across reports and systems
• Help maintain and improve financial models and reporting files in Excel
• Support ad hoc tasks such as preparing presentations or gathering financial inputs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or audit (Prior experience in a Big 4 audit is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills: experience with financial modeling or automation is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica is a strong advantage) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
