At Constructor Technology, we are shaping the future of learning. Our mission is to empower children of all abilities through innovative, science-backed educational technology. We develop applications that support students in math, literacy, and the sciences — with a special focus on those with learning differences such as dyslexia and dyscalculia. Our platforms also include virtual labs for science education and smart coaching tools for teachers and parents. 

We are looking for a Product Manager Intern who is passionate about education, eager to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects. 

 

What You'll Work On:

As a Product Manager Intern, you will support two major product lines: 

  1. Educational Apps for Children – Math and literacy applications for primary school children, especially those with learning difficulties.
  2. Virtual Science Labs – Interactive experiments in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Medicine for students from primary school to early university levels. 

You’ll also help improve coach applications used by teachers and parents across both product lines. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to develop requirements, user scenarios, and product specifications 
  • Create and maintain epics and user stories for the R&D team  
  • Communicate product needs clearly and effectively to designers, developers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Support and participate in user research, including conducting interviews, synthesizing feedback, and identifying user needs. 
  • Help recruit participants and organize user testing and feedback sessions. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy. 
  • Assist in the creation of educational content, including learning tasks, exercises, and in-app instructions. 
  • Produce release notes, knowledge base articles, and user communication content such as emails and blog posts. 
  • Support the product team in data analysis (e.g., usage patterns, feedback trends) to inform feature prioritization. 
  • Stay up to date with ed-tech trends, tools, and best practices. 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for educational technology and improving learning experiences for diverse learners. 
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Education Technology, Psychology, UX Design, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. 
  • Interest in user-centric design and understanding of the product development lifecycle. 

 

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to or experience with C# or Java. 
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user journey mapping. 
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or other educational platforms. 
  • Background in teaching, learning sciences, or school systems. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

What We Offer For Interns:

  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more

    • or in the office in Bremen (GER), Sofia (BG), Belgrade (SRB), Singapore (SGD)
