We’re looking for a motivated Product Management Intern to join our Schools Team and support our mission to bring high-quality, engaging education to classrooms across the globe. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to help integrate school applications into our Constructor LMS, support our migration from Java to C#, and contribute to creating an improved Coach Interface for teachers and administrators.


This is a hands-on internship where you'll learn about product development in a fast-paced ed-tech environment, balancing user needs, technical possibilities, and business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in School App Integration: Support the product team in planning and coordinating the integration of existing school applications into the Constructor LMS platform.
  • Facilitate App Rewrites: Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to help manage the transition of applications from Java to C#.
  • Support Coach Interface Development: Contribute to the product definition and feedback process for a new interface that helps visualize data and presents actionable insights for teachers.
  • Participate in User Research & Feedback Loops: Help gather feedback from educators and analyze usage patterns to inform product improvements.
  • Contribute to Content Expansion Planning: Support planning and prioritization of new educational game content to expand our offering across different school levels.
  • Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to align on priorities and delivery timelines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field
  • Passion for education technology and improving learning experiences
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Interest in product development, especially in data-driven interfaces and user-centric design
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with or understanding of C# or Java
  • Interest in UX/UI design principles
  • Experience working with LMS or other educational platforms
  • Background in teaching or school systems is a plus

What We Offer For Interns:

  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more

    • or in the office in Bremen (GER), Sofia (BG), Belgrade (SRB), Singapore (SGD)
