Project Description

The current initiative involves the commercialization of a previously developed MVP that enables doctors to remotely manage and process lab tests online. The new version will focus on scalability, performance, and user experience, delivering a robust platform to support medical professionals. The development will be done in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, with the backend built in Java and hosted on AWS.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure backend solutions using Java and Spring Frameworks;

• Participate in full SDLC, including peer reviews, documentation, branching strategies, and deployment processes;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables;

• Apply CI/CD practices and use version control tools like GIT to streamline deployment workflows;

• Contribute to architecture discussions and decompose high-level goals into smaller, actionable tasks;

• Ensure the platform aligns with Agile development principles, attending regular team ceremonies;

• Write clean, testable code while adhering to best practices and organizational standards;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex backend systems;

• Hands-on experience with Java RESTful services, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring Security;

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for integration with frontend components;

• Solid understanding of GIT and modern CI/CD pipelines and tools;

• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—suitable for cross-functional collaboration;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS-based architecture and services;

• Familiarity with Terraform and Jenkins;

• Understanding of data structures and algorithm design;

• Prior experience working in the healthcare or medical tech domain;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
