Project Description
The development role involves contributing to both core backend database logic and working closely with the application platform, built using J2EE and Tomcat. The team supports a fast-paced environment that requires adapting to complex and rapidly evolving business requirements. You will collaborate with project managers to estimate tasks, deliver new features, and ensure continuous improvement in database performance and system reliability.

What You'll Do

Design and implement new features using PL/SQL in Oracle-based systems;

Develop and maintain database logic for highly available, scalable applications;

Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure efficient performance;

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues and application defects;

Work closely with project managers to provide estimates, set deadlines, and deliver technical solutions;

Support and improve existing database performance and infrastructure;

Contribute to system analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation;

Follow best practices for source control and CI/CD using tools such as SVN, Git, and Jenkins;
Job Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a developer, with a strong focus on PL/SQL and Oracle databases;

Proven experience designing and developing database logic for high-availability systems;

Deep knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning and debugging techniques;

Experience with XML, JSON, and REST-based integrations;

Familiarity with version control systems and tools such as SVN, Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence;

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset;

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

English proficiency at intermediate (B1+) level;

A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and high energy;
