ClinChoice is searching for a Raw Material Analyst with HYBRID option in Melville, New York for a 12 months CONTRACT, to join one of our major clients.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for obtaining, coding and maintaining raw material data for ingredients to support the integration of acquisition brands within the corporate systems, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Periodically updates management on the status of the raw materials and the overall project.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with brand employees and contact raw material company’s regulatory and technical staff to obtain technical documents for regulatory and safety compliance.
  • Analyze raw material dossiers provided by suppliers to ensure they comply with corporate guidelines.
  • Utilize database to enter and maintain raw material information.
  • Independently send raw materials for internal regulatory, safety, analytical, micro review.
  • Maintain tracking report on raw materials and provide weekly updates to management.
  • Liaise between Raw Material Management, Global Product Stewardship teams, formulators and external suppliers for coding information and other information as requested. 

ADDITIONAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Excellent team player; able to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains full understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word programs.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s in Science preferred
1-3 years of experience in a related field.  Related industry preferred.
