ClinChoice is searching for a Senior RWE Statistician Consultant with R proficiency to join one of our clients.

Overview
The RWE Research Analyst (Contractor)/ Senior RWE Statistician will play a pivotal role within the R&D team contributing expertise in real-world evidence (RWE) to support research and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and statistical programming deliverables, including analysis-ready datasets, tables, and figures.
- Develop complex programs for real-world data (e.g. Claims, EHR, etc) analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the portfolio of RWE projects, such as disease identification, patient stratification, disease progression, clustering, and simulations.
- Ensure the optimal integration of RWD and epidemiological methodologies, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), and digital solutions to address research questions.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including scientists, principals, and research analysts, across a variety of projects and initiatives.
- Analyze data to address urgent requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in departmental innovation and process improvement projects.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with company and departmental training, time reporting, and other required business and operational processes.
- Ensure all research activities and dissemination of scientific information are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- PhD. in a quantitative field, such as epidemiology, biostatistics, health outcomes, or a related discipline.
- Extensive hands-on experience in data engineering, exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, time-to-event analyses, comparative effectiveness analyses, and causal inference methods.
- Comprehensive end-to-end experience in RWE studies, including research question formulation, data feasibility assessment, study design, analysis, programming, and results interpretation.
- Demonstrated track record of successful delivery on data science projects.
- Expert proficiency in both R and SQL programming languages.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience within biopharmaceutical companies, RWE consulting firms, or other healthcare industry settings.
- Experience executing data science projects utilizing predictive technologies, such as machine learning, deep learning, or forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with or exposure to drug discovery and clinical development processes, particularly in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, or neuroscience.
