Assistant, Talent Acquisition

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and operational support to the TA team.
- Supports the TA team in the administration and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System.
- Supports the TA team in managing job postings.
- Reviews resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the hiring criteria.
- Schedules initial phone screens, in-person interviews or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Other TA related projects/tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required or a combination of education, experience, and/or skills.
- 1+ years of experience in candidate recruiting.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
- Ability to interface and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Good verbal and written language skills in English.
- Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, and one who is able to work in a fast paced environment.
