Senior Finance Analyst

ClinChoice is hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Shared Service Center in Philippines. This position will play an integral role in supporting the global forecasting, planning, and management reporting process. This candidate will report to Director, FP&A and will also partner with teams across finance and other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with compilation, review, and presentation of the company’s budgeting and forecast submissions.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly management reports which identify, track, and analyze key metrics.
• Proactively understand and provide interpretation for periodic variances of actual financial results to previous forecasts, budget, and prior periods.
• Partner with other finance team members to support various business leaders to better understand the company’s financial performance.
• Collaborate with other FP&A team members to drive management reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the schedules of team members in different time zones.
• Professional verbal and written proficiency in English required.
• Strong analytical, intellectual curiosity and integrity, motivated to solve problems.
