Job Description:
Are you a compassionate problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to manage the funnel of emergency services and battery requests on Cafu, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
• Own the funnel of emergency services and battery requests on the Cafu platform.
• Immediately reach out to clients within less than a minute of placing an emergency service request to provide reassurance and confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in delivering emergency services to ensure swift and efficient service delivery within 20 minutes.
• Keep the user informed at every step of the dispatched service, providing real-time updates on the status of the service request.
• Take full ownership of the customer journey, from initial contact to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-driven approach to handle any challenges that may arise during the service delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, juggling tasks to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide reassurance to customers in emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in following up with customers and service providers.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
