Job Description 

We are looking for an intern interested in customer service operations and CRM systems to support the team in daily operations and optimization of customer service processes on the Salesforce/CRM platform. This role is suitable for students who want to gain in-depth understanding of customer service systems or CRM system management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining customer cases, tickets, account data, etc. in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Support the customer service team in daily CRM usage, handling basic configuration requests (e.g., queues, routing rules, email templates, etc.).

  • Help generate customer service-related reports and dashboards (e.g., ticket volume, response time, resolution rate, etc.) to provide data support for the team.

  • Participate in feature optimization projects, assisting in reviewing and improving customer service processes (SLA, escalation rules, etc.).

  • Organize customer feedback, assist in tracking issue resolution progress, and ensure closed-loop customer experience.

  • Assist in drafting operation documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal training materials.
