Role Purpose

We are seeking senior Policy Leads to drive strategic engagement with regulators, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders across key markets.
The role is focused on supporting licensing, market access, and long term business growth through trusted, high level institutional relationships and strong policy engagement. Candidates should bring credibility, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory environments.
This is not a marketing or communications role. The focus is substantive policy work, regulatory engagement, and representing the company as a serious, compliance first financial platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Regulatory Engagement Develop and maintain senior relationships with regulators, government authorities, central banks, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry bodies across the region.
Policy & Market Intelligence Monitor regulatory, legislative, and political developments relevant to digital assets, payments, fintech, and financial services. Provide management with practical insights and strategic recommendations.
Support Licensing & Market Access Work closely with legal, compliance, and business teams to support licensing processes, regulatory applications, supervisory engagement, and ongoing institutional relationships.
Represent the Company Externally Represent the company in policy discussions, regulatory roundtables, institutional forums, and industry engagements. Contribute to constructive dialogue of responsible innovation and financial infrastructure development.
Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate senior management meetings with authorities and institutional stakeholders. Ensure clear internal reporting, alignment, and follow up on strategic engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, Law, Economics, International Relations, Finance, or a related field
  • Significant experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, government engagement, or institutional relations
  • Strong network with regulators, policymakers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders in the relevant region
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, judgement, and integrity
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, capital markets, or digital assets preferred

Preferred Profile

  • Strong understanding of financial regulation, market structure, payments, and digital asset frameworks
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior institutional stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate policy developments into business implications
  • Comfortable operating across international and cross cultural environments
  • Additional regional language capabilities are an advantage
