The Onboarding team is a global team of product experts whose mission is to enable customers to turn social data into practical insights that inform strategic business decisions. We provide customers with a tailored and scalable data and visualisation ecosystem, as well as enablement programs that empower customers with the knowledge and skills to confidently use Brandwatch and utilise social intelligence to harness the power of social across the enterprise.
This role is primarily one of consulting and coordinating people across multiple internal and external teams to ensure the smooth planning, execution and implementation of small and large-scale setup solutions across the Brandwatch product suite.
What you'll do:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across commercial and mid-market opportunities.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline sourced from inbound leads, SDR support, partners, and your own outreach.

Engage new prospects with smart, personalized outreach through calls, emails, and social channels.

Lead consultative, value-driven conversations that connect Brandwatch’s platform to your clients’ business goals.

Work closely with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience throughout the journey.

Collaborate with peers, share best practices, and help raise the overall performance of the regional AE team.

Represent Brandwatch at events, webinars, and client sessions as a trusted voice in social intelligence and MarTech.
What you'll have:

3+ years of B2B SaaS closing sales experience, ideally in MarTech, Insights, or Social Media technology.

A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling into Southeast Asian markets, with broader APAC exposure as a plus.

A consultative approach that focuses on understanding clients’ challenges and creating solutions that drive measurable impact.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, whether engaging a marketing manager or a regional director.

A proactive, ambitious mindset with a proven ability to generate your own opportunities.

Fluency in English required; Mandarin, Bahasa, or Hindi are strong advantages.
