
Senior Technical Project Manager
We're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and scope, and ensure our infrastructure and software initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll translate requirements and proactively identify risks or blockers. With your project management expertise and technical background, you'll keep our engineering efforts organized and aligned with business goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple technical projects (such as infrastructure upgrades, platform enhancements, or software releases) from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring stakeholder requirements are clearly documented and understood.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating resources and managing dependencies across Engineering, DevOps, QA, and other teams.
Track progress and project health, proactively managing risks and issues, and communicating regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster collaboration, helping teams remove impediments and continuously improve their delivery processes.
Minimum Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role, leading software or infrastructure projects through the full lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) and experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project to manage and track work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and ensure alignment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive timely decision-making.
Technical background or understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development, or DevOps practices, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience working in a DevOps or cloud-native environment is a plus.
