In this role you will:
Be an important part of our new business team helping to drive revenue opportunities, organise and run pitches and pipeline management inclusive of commercial reviewing for our Influencer practice. You will be responsible for:

- Manage end to end pitch process for new opportunities, focused on Influencer Marketing, but also including wider services such as Paid Media, Programmatic, DOOH and Search.
- Responsible for ownership of own Pipeline, forecast accuracy across Pipeline, reducing forecast volatility through accurate reporting of close & completion dates, net revenue & third party costs
- Responsible for meeting commercial targets and following scopes
- Ensuring they adhere to internal guidelines
- Collaborating with commercial and Client Service team to define accurate SOWs, ensuring all deliverables are profitable and achievable
- Management of pitch opportunities includes:
- Deep review of Briefs to qualify the opportunity and understand if Brainlabs is the right fit
- Strategic dissection of Briefs to understand the client needs, beyond what is asked, and understand how Brainlabs can find a unique solution
- Identify and flag and potential challenges within the brief, from a delivery perspective but also commercially or legally
- Responding to RFI’s where needed
- Managing Procurement relationships
- Managing internal Brainlabs Pitch team including:
- Managing team allocation, where you will then be responsible for effective resource planning and management
- Creating and presenting internal kick-off deck
- Project management of the team to create the best possible response
- Review of Proposal elements to ensure a red thread/clear narrative that will enable Brainlabs to win
- Planning and overseeing all content run throughs and pitch rehearsals
- Creation of Commercials, along with approvals
- Managing of any Legal needs (SOW, MSA, wider agreements) internally and with the client
- Pitching
- Post-Pitch review and next steps
- Following the opportunity through to close (signed SOW)
- Managing Handover process
- In some cases, particularly for smaller more strategic opportunities or Cross Sells, leading on Strategy and Creative. Finding the insights, creating the narrative, defining the strategy and creative, and creating the full response for brief. This is where the end-to-end process is led by Growth with some support from wider Client Service teams, but not Creative Strategy support.
- Actively identify new opportunities through deep knowledge of the market and keeping finger on the pulse of market changes
- Drive team morale, motivating and inspiring everyone to be their best, actively mentoring others, helping to grow capability and knowledge, while learning and developing themselves
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience
- Multi-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR)
- Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed
- Demonstrable success in creating and delivering high performing influencer strategies and proposals for new business pitches
- Developing an understanding about how other BL channels work and how Influencer can collaborate with them.
- A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively, while also strong in working in a wider team setting.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
