What is this role about?

The Product Manager, Marketing Technology is a critical role within the Acquisition Team at Bondora. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you’ll oversee the technical infrastructure that powers our customer acquisition efforts. This includes managing integrations with partners like brokers, affiliate networks, and major marketing platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), as well as leading the modernization of Bondora’s marketing technology stack.

This role combines a deep understanding of partner integrations with a strategic focus on marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring that Bondora’s tools and systems are primed for growth and scalability.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end integration with key marketing partners, brokers, and affiliate networks.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for marketing technology infrastructure.
  • Lead modernization and scalability of the marketing tech stack (e.g., automation, journey builders, A/B testing frameworks).
  • Manage onboarding and workflow optimization for partner integrations.
  • Ensure consistent high data quality and seamless data exchange with all external marketing partners.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for marketing partners and internal teams; collaborate with analytics and performance marketing to evaluate and improve partner and channel performance.
  • Establish scalable best practices for system integrations, performance monitoring, and vendor selection.

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related role, with a focus on marketing technology and system integrations.
  • Proven expertise in managing API integrations and technical vendor collaborations, particularly within performance marketing or customer acquisition contexts.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, such as marketing automation tools, journey builders, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency in API workflows, system integrations, and data exchange protocols; knowledge of SQL or basic coding is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate development teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and long-term growth.
