What is this role about?

As a Full Stack Engineer at Bondora, you’ll build and optimize systems that directly impact how users discover and engage with our products. You’ll work across the stack to develop, test, and deploy solutions that improve our user's experience and drive measurable outcomes. Engineering here offers high autonomy and ownership, with opportunities to solve complex problems and see the real-world results of your work quickly. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where iteration is encouraged, and your contributions will play a key role in scaling a growing fintech platform.

Your mission includes working on:

  • Distributed systems
  • Messaging architecture
  • Microservices
  • Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
  • REST API-s
  • Monolith

What would ensure success in this role?

  • Have prior experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar. Preferably in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET.
  • Have experience with FE, preferably with React.
  • Have full-stack experience.
  • Ready to be involved in the entire lifecycle of the product and is excited about working on products (we are a heavy product organization) and to take ownership.
  • Problem-solving, adaptable and willing to work on improving legacy systems and creating new services.
  • Excellent in communicating in English, both verbally and written.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Tallinn or Tartu in Estonia. Do note that we're not able to offer remote work for this position.
