What is this role about?

As Internal IT Manager, you’ll keep offices functional, accesses tight, and most importantly, employees increasingly more productive and satisfied. It’s a rare chance to join a team that emphasises employee experience and automation, rather than just functional, when it comes to IT solutions. You’ll enjoy a high degree of ownership, evolving needs of a growing company  and an environment that values problem-solving and collaboration.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain and improve office infrastructure including Wi-Fi, meeting room systems, and other hardware.
  • Administer Azure / Entra ID and other authentication systems, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
  • Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships, optimizing costs and usage.
  • Oversee company workstations, ensuring proper setup, security compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Build great onboarding and offboarding experience, and automated solutions to everyday needs of the employees.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, SSO, and MFA administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS device management using Intune or similar MDM tools.
  • Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and office network setup.
  • Experience managing software licenses, vendor relationships, and IT asset inventories.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration and integrations.
  • Ability to automate routine IT tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

Join our team of Bondorians, and let's make it happen!
