What is this role about?

As the Head of Add-On Products, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth in our expanding product portfolio. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work closely with product, compliance, marketing, and risk teams to enhance and optimize add-on products for peak performance and market alignment. This position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that our add-on products deliver maximum business impact while meeting regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Deliver maximum business impact in the Add-Ons business area by selecting the right problems to solve and ensuring effective execution.
• Refine and execute a strategic vision for add-on and auxiliary products associated with credit products, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and evolving market demands.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, driving the development of innovative add-on products and optimizing existing ones.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to delivery, post-launch optimization, and ongoing operational maintenance, ensuring products meet high-quality standards and perform effectively.
• Create robust business models, manage budgeting and financial performance, and ensure the profitability of add-on products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating associated risks.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, risk, and compliance teams, to drive success.

This role is located in our Tallinn or Tartu offices, but we welcome remote applications as well!

What would ensure success in this role?

• Ability to refine and implement a strategic vision for add-ons, aligning with business goals and market needs.
• Expertise in overseeing product development, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Proficiency in budgeting and PnL, forecasting, and utilizing KPIs to drive product performance.
• Understanding of financial regulations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
