What is this role about?
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will drive our people training strategy, focusing on leadership and management development. You will identify critical skill gaps, design and deliver tailored training programs, and act as a trusted coach for managers across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role is pivotal in equipping our team leads and managers with the skills to set goals, provide feedback, and effectively manage performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning programs to address organizational needs, including compliance and skill-based training.
- Design initiatives to enhance managerial capabilities in goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance management.
- Act as an advisor for managers, providing tools and support to handle underperformance and improve team engagement.
- Partner with senior leaders to align learning programs with business objectives and embed learning into daily operations.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, iterating based on feedback and outcomes.
This role is located in our Tallinn office, but we welcome applications with relocation to Estonia as well.
What would ensure success in this role?
- 7+ years of experience in training and leadership development, preferably in finance or tech industries.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Expertise in coaching managers and team leads, especially new people managers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside senior leaders.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.
