Your mission
Our People Services Team drives all global processes and handles employee requests across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and day-to-day queries to offboarding. We’re motivated by creating a seamless, joyful experience at Bitpanda, whether employees are relocating, taking a break, advancing their careers, or moving on.
As a People Services Partner, you’ll elevate the employee experience by ensuring our people operations are efficient, engaging, and aligned with our commitment to excellence and enjoyment in every interaction.
What you’ll do
- Provide timely, clear, and effective support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders on processes, policies, and inquiries.
- Manage all employment lifecycle transactions within our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation.
- Live and role model a data-driven approach and uphold our service level agreements (SLAs) on responsiveness, resolution times, and employee satisfaction.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple locations, owning responsibilities within designated regions.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in People Services or Operations, ideally within a dynamic, international environment.
- Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices in one or more of the following countries: Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Romania
- Preferably working knowledge of Workday, Google Suite and Jira ticketing system
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Professional fluency in English & German
