What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. You will handle a variety of inquiries, concerns, and requests, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance via various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and usage guidelines, to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the designated CRM system, ensuring thorough and detailed records for future reference.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and insights, identify trends, and communicate suggestions for improvement to the appropriate teams within the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- First work experience in a customer contact-centred area
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other customer service tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology platforms.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs, changing priorities, and a fast-paced work environment.
