Com a Account Executive, la teva funció se centra en maximitzar la conversió de les oportunitats creades pel nostre equip d’SDR, transformant-les en nous clients d’Amenitiz. Comunicaràs estratègicament el valor de la nostra solució mitjançant un enfocament consultiu i preguntes efectives, adaptant-te a les necessitats i reptes específics de cada prospecte.La teva missió:
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva el valor d’Amenitiz realitzant demos en directe de la nostra plataforma a través de videotrucades amb prospects qualificats.
  • Assumir la responsabilitat del seguiment i tancament d’operacions d’una manera estructurada i basada en dades.
  • Construir ràpidament confiança i engagement amb els decisors per garantir el cicle de venda més curt possible.
  • Garantir la màxima qualitat de la informació dels clients potencials al nostre CRM (HubSpot) per assegurar un pipeline saludable i una capacitat de forecast sòlida.
  • Col·laborar estretament amb l’equip d’SDR per crear i executar una estratègia d’adquisició eficient i d’alt rendiment per a la teva zona assignada.
  • Fer seguiment del teu rendiment en relació amb els KPIs per entendre de manera constant la teva contribució a l’equip i possibles millores.
  • Contribuir als objectius de l’empresa i al desenvolupament d’una startup en ràpid creixement.
Sobre tu:
  • Més d’1 any d’experiència en Business Development, liderant demos de producte i tancant operacions de manera consistent.
  • Ets catalanoparlant o castellanoparlant nadiu i tens excel·lents habilitats de comunicació oral i escrita en anglès.
  • Tens molta motivació i ganes d’aprendre en un entorn ràpid i dinàmic.
  • Ets apassionat pel que fas i sempre busques anar més enllà!
  • Tens grans habilitats d’organització i gestió del temps, amb capacitat per treballar en múltiples tasques.
  • T’encanten els reptes i superar objectius en equip!
  • Tens una competitivitat sana i sempre busques ser el millor, però mai a costa dels altres.
