About the role
As a CRM & Sales Operations Intern at Amenitiz, you’ll join our Operations team with a focus on supporting Sales Ops initiatives. You’ll help structure and clean our CRM, assist with sales process improvements, and contribute to automation and reporting projects. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site internship in Barcelona, perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving how teams operate.
Your mission
- CRM Maintenance & Optimization: Clean, structure, and manage data in HubSpot to support Sales efficiency.
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day requests through our internal ticketing system and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Workflow & Process Improvement: Map, document, and help streamline sales workflows to increase speed and clarity across teams.
- Reporting & Data Projects: Assist in building dashboards and reports using Sheets, SQL, and HubSpot to support decision-making.
- Automation & Tool Consolidation: Support migration of manual processes into automated workflows within our core systems.
- You're eager to learn and grow, with a strong interest in sales/marketing operations and data-driven strategies.
About you:
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to identify trends and improvements.
- Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets) and familiar with data analysis basics.
- A clear and confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and love finding solutions.
- You’re able to provide a valid internship agreement from your university.
- You have the necessary documentation to work full-time (40h/week) in Spain.
- Bonus: Any experience with HubSpot, SQL, or Python or motivation to learn.
What you will learn:
- Advanced use of HubSpot CRM and automation workflows.
- Practical skills in SQL, Python, and scalable reporting in Google Sheets.
- Exposure to Sales Operations, pipeline management, and RevOps best practices.

Requirements
- Internship agreement provided by your University
- Documentation allowing you to work in Spain full-time (40h/week)
