Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

As part of our innovation team, you will play a central role in exploring, testing, and launching new air up products. We’re not just looking for a designer—we’re looking for a builder, a doer, and someone excited to shape new opportunities from the ground up. You’ll be joining an interdisciplinary team that generates business ideas, validates them with real users, and turns them into market-ready products. If you thrive in fast-changing environments, love to wear multiple hats, and bring both creativity and grit to the table, this might be your next big challenge.

***This role is located in Munich***

Your responsibilities

  • Explore ideas through the design thinking process—from research to execution.
  • Prepare and host user interviews to validate concepts.
  • Develop and test tangible solutions, from UI/UX mockups to physical prototypes.
  • Create marketing materials and ads to bring ideas to life.
  • Produce high-quality 3D visuals for alignment and testing.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to bring concepts into production.
  • Play an active role in critical product and business decisions—helping shape not just the design, but the direction of new ventures.
  • Move fast: rapidly iterate, prototype, and test to push ideas forward at speed.

That’s you

  • You hold a degree in Industrial Design, UI/UX Design, Branding, or a related field.
  • You bring 3+ years of relevant experience at an intermediate level.

Your entrepreneurial mindset & soft skills:

  • You’re eager to learn, grow fast, and take ownership.
  • You have an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • You’re open-minded, flexible, and thrive when facing new, unfamiliar tasks.
  • You think holistically, connecting brand, product, and user-centered narratives.
  • You’re proactive—when you see an opportunity, you act on it.
  • You have a bias toward action and fast execution—turning ideas into tangible outcomes quickly.

Your hard skills:

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX, branding, and marketing—with the visual know-how to translate brand identity across ads, websites, and other touchpoints.
  • Solid foundation in industrial design, including 3D modeling, physical prototyping, and 3D visualization.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with animation or video editing software.
  • Experience setting up and leading user interviews and other testing methods.
