To fuel our next growth chapter, we’re looking for an experienced SEA Manager who owns Google Ads performance end-to-end and brings a strong Marketing Analytics mindset.

You understand how all marketing activities — online & offline, paid & organic — influence SEA results and can turn insights into sharp, actionable measures.
You’ll work autonomously, proactively, and confidently across the organization while shaping one of our most business-critical growth engines.

*** In this role, we follow a hybrid working model: time in the office each week to collaborate and connect with the team, balanced with remote days that support focused, independent work.***


Your Responsibilities

  • Own SEA strategy & planning: Develop SEA strategies aligned with marketing priorities and market focus.
  • Build & run campaigns: Create and manage Search, Shopping, PMax, Brand/Generic campaigns with strong hands-on execution.
  • Analyze, forecast & optimize: Own forecasting, performance reviews, and ongoing optimizations based on data-driven insights.
  • Test & improve structures: Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous structural improvements.
  • Budget ownership: Manage budgets, allocate efficiently, and ensure profitable scaling.
  • Cross-channel thinking: Understand how brand, creator, retail, organic, and offline activities impact SEA outcomes—and quantify it.
  • Deep analytics partnership: Collaborate with Data & Analytics on deep dives, measurement approaches, test design, and decision frameworks.
  • Dashboard & reporting enablement: Define reporting needs and enhance dashboards (Looker Studio/BI).
  • Tool ownership & stakeholder alignment: Own Google Ads/GMC and collaborate confidently across teams and seniority levels.

That’s You

  • You have several years of hands-on SEA / Google Ads experience.
  • You are strong in end-to-end campaign ownership and SEA strategy.
  • You understand Marketing Analytics and can turn insights into actionable steps.
  • You are confident in forecasting, planning, structuring, and optimizing campaigns.
  • You keep up-to-date with Google Ads innovations (e.g., Performance Max, AI features).
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You work autonomously, proactively, and comfortably own topics independently.
  • You are skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and levels.
