We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (Procurement) to join our team. This job is perfect for you if you’re passionate about sourcing, supplier management, and driving sustainable product innovation. As a Product Manager (Procurement), you’ll have the opportunity to shape our procurement strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and play a key role in bringing our drinkware category to the next level. You will work in agile and cross-functional setup along Engineers, Designers and Product Owners. Our software-developed-inspired way of working to bring products to market in a unique consumer-centric way with fast pace will bring you for sure a step learning curve. If you thrive on team play beyond your core-function, balancing supplier negotiations, market analysis, and project management, we can't wait speaking to you!

 Your responsibilities

  • Own sourcing, price negotiations, and supplier management within our product innovation teams.
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships across Europe and China, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct demand, spend, cost (TCO), and market analysis, focusing on sustainability, benchmarking, and industry trends.
  • Lead contractual negotiations and supplier agreements.
  • Implement supplier development programs, run Quarterly Business Reviews, and track Key Performance Metrics (KPIs).
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in procurement processes for better efficiency.
  • Act as a project manager for new product launches and portfolio scaling.

 

That’s you

  • 6+ years of experience in procurement or product management, ideally in FMCG (drinkware, plastic parts are a plus).
  • Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and negotiation.
  • Confidence in handling supplier relationships, navigating risks, and driving cost-effective decisions.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize procurement decisions.
  • Willingness to travel—1-3x per month overnight in Europe, 1-2x per year to the Far East.
