Your role at Vertice:

Our Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing strategies with our Partnerships team, building joint messaging and go-to-markets with our chosen partners, and use these to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs with the Partnerships team to drive joint business goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded campaigns, events, collateral, and demand generation content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing contacts at strategic consulting and cloud partners, ensuring alignment on messaging, brand guidelines, and promotional activities.
  • Align with internal sales and product teams to maximize the commercial impact of partner programs.
  • Create marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and digital assets for partner promotions.
  • Work with internal and partner subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content, case studies, webinars, and other engaging materials for target audiences.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns—both digital and in-person—at various scales to support Vertice and partner objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage program budgets, negotiating to ensure ROI on partner-related marketing activities.
  • Plan and execute customer and prospect events, from intimate lunches to large-scale user conferences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to refine partner marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role, ideally targeting procurement, finance and IT audiences.
  • Preference for candidates who have worked with consulting firms and cloud service providers.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with senior executives.
  • Experience with building joint messaging, propositions and go-to-markets.
  • Experience in content marketing, digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple partnerships.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
