Your Role at Vertice
We're on the lookout for a Talent Partner to help us discover amazing people and grow our team! You'll manage the full hiring process from that first intake meeting, through sourcing, all the way to making offers. You’ll also play a key role in partnering with our IT and Engineering teams to understand their needs and connect them with top talent.

Responsibilities:
- Running the whole recruitment process from writing job ads that grab attention, to finding great candidates and guiding them through interviews
- Finding talent in all the right places
- Working closely with hiring managers — you'll get to know their needs, build solid relationships, and help them hire the right talent.
- Using data to get smarter — you’ll track what’s working (and what’s not) to improve our hiring strategies and share those insights with the team.
- Manage on-site interviews in our brand new office in Brno and be responsible for a smooth candidate experience.
- Social media and employer branding — if you’ve got experience here, that’s a huge plus!
Requirements:
- Experience in IT recruitment — you know the tech world and how to find the best talent in it.
- Great communication skills in both Czech and English
- You're skilled in sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and managing the full recruitment cycle.
- You're the kind of person who takes initiative, stays organized, and keeps things moving in a fast-paced environment.
- You're great at managing your time, making smart decisions, and using data to improve outcomes.
- Experience in closing candidates and handling tricky compensation negotiations
