About the Role
The Product Management Analyst, WebUI is a key technical contributor within Veeam's R&D Product Management organization, embedded in the team developing Veeam Backup & Replication — our flagship on-premises data protection platform. You will support Product Managers and the broader R&D organization by delivering strong technical and analytical expertise across Web UIs, related REST APIs, user experience standards, release processes, and data-driven product insights.
This role also covers cross-product reusable web-based UI wizards, making your contributions visible across the Veeam portfolio. You will serve as a bridge between design, engineering, and product strategy — owning analytical outcomes, validating concepts, and ensuring that UI-driven features ship with quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Apply modern Web UI best practices (usability, consistency, accessibility, clarity) to validate UI concepts, workflows, and interaction patterns
- Review and challenge UI designs with Product Managers to ensure they meet enterprise expectations and Veeam standards
- Collaborate on REST API definitions to support UI-driven use cases; assess API usability and consistency
- Coordinate release-related activities across R&D teams to support alignment and on-time delivery
- Research and define scope for WebUI-related features from investigation through delivery review
- Track R&D implementation to ensure it matches goals, product strategy, and cross-team requirements
- Maintain requirements and analysis documentation in Confluence (PRDs)
- Use monitoring/data concepts (dashboards, KPIs, charts, trends) to turn product data into clear insights for prioritization and decisions
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product analysis / product ownership / business analysis / technical product roles working closely with R&D on software products
- Strong REST API competency: you can understand and review endpoints and entities, spot inconsistencies, and translate UI workflows into API requirements (auth basics, versioning expectations, usability)
- Strong sense of design quality with a focus on clean and consistent UI/UX
- Hands-on understanding of modern Web UI concepts and workflows and how enterprise users interact with complex products
- Familiarity with monitoring/data presentation (KPIs, trends, dashboards) and ability to explain insights to stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving; comfortable making judgment-based recommendations and owning outcomes
Technologies You’ll Work With
Figma, AI-assisted tools (e.g., ClaudeCode and similar), Azure DevOps, Confluence
Bonus Skills
- Ability to build and use a virtualization lab (e.g., VMware) to investigate component behavior independently
- Background in backup/data protection products or enterprise infrastructure
- Experience building WebUI-driven SaaS products; understands continuous delivery, availability, and SaaS vs on‑prem differences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
What You’ll Get
- 26 paid days off annually, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares
- Paid parental, maternity, and paternity leave
- Fully covered family medical plan, dental, rehab, and vaccinations
- Life, critical illness, and disability insurance
- Employer pension contribution via PPK
- Monthly Edenred allowance of 450 PLN for meals
- MultiSport card fully covered by Veeam, giving access to sports facilities nationwide
- Up to 12 free therapy sessions annually, plus legal and financial advice
- Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning
