Job Description

 

  • Generate New Business: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within your assigned territory through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on qualified leads.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Veeam partners and resellers—arrange joint calls, coordinate sales activities, and support partners in closing deals.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos, tailoring Veeam’s solutions to address unique customer needs and challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking all activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Market Penetration: Strategically expand Veeam’s presence by targeting new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and leveraging partner networks.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed your individual and team sales targets, directly contributing to Veeam’s rapid growth and success.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on Veeam’s product portfolio and industry trends, sharing knowledge with customers and partners.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to internal teams, helping shape future product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications

 

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services, especially in Commercial or SLED sectors.
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct channel sales experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate sales processes across teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field).
  • Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible and capable of adapting to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with electronic correspondence and business research.
  • Passionate about technology and industry innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to work Hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

United States of America Pay Range

$84,900 - $121,300 USD
