How you will contribute:
- Provide support for the day-to-day user access and accessibility requests on Salesforce and other platforms such as Vonage, DocuSign, LinkedIn SalesNav, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zuora, ZoomInfo, and more
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and related platforms support and technical issues via Jira
- Build low-code solutions to automate simple, common requests.
- Perform Salesforce enhancements, such as creating new fields, updating picklist values, permissions, and page layouts
- Deploy and test simple changes using Circle CI
- Perform administrative tasks such as data maintenance, user lifecycle management, installed package updates, and configure security and accessibility settings
- Handle GDPR requests
- Working closely with the business to manage licence requests and assignments.
- Review release updates and communicate breaking changes to the team before Release dates.
- Monitor entitlement usage and execute, occasionally, clean up activities
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and team meetings.
The ideal skills for this role are:
- Good understanding of Salesforce administration, particularly the Sales, Service, and Experience clouds
- Proven experience working within a support helpdesk environment
- Salesforce Administrator credential
- Experience in building Flow automations – having APEX experience is a bonus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) is preferable but not required
- Experience with administering DocuSign and/or SFMC
- Ability to priorities tickets to meet defined SLAs.
- Work management tooling, such as Jira, is preferable but not required
- Energetic approach to work and a desire to learn.
