Chief of Staff
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work at the heart of the business, partnering directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive strategic progress across the organisation.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will begin by leading high-priority strategic projects and supporting across critical business initiatives, building deep knowledge of the business and earning trust across the organisation. Over time, you will grow into a broader mandate as a strategic partner to the senior management group.
This role is designed for someone who thinks like a strategist, executes like an operator, and builds trust through results. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation stays focused, aligned, and moving forward.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
In your first six months:
- Lead and manage strategic projects across the business, ensuring progress, accountability, and delivery against agreed milestones.
- In close collaboration with senior stakeholders, step into gaps across the organisation to support momentum while longer-term solutions are put in place.
- Build strong working relationships with the senior leadership team and develop a thorough understanding of the business: its people, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
As you grow into the role:
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the Managing Director, challenging thinking, pressure-testing ideas, and helping sharpen priorities.
- Support the senior management group in driving strategic progress: facilitating alignment, tracking commitments, and keeping the organisation focused on what matters.
- Assist with board-related work, including preparation, follow-up, and the development of strategic materials.
- Identify and help address organisational and strategic gaps before they become problems.
We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting or a similarly rigorous, structured environment.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and communicate findings with clarity.
- A strategic toolbox. Comfortable with frameworks, business analysis, and translating insight into action.
- A natural project manager: organised, thorough, and able to drive workstreams across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator and facilitator who builds trust quickly and engages credibly at all levels of an organisation.
- High ownership mentality. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and is energised by getting things done.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to working across teams, disciplines, and perspectives.
- An instinctive understanding of luxury brand positioning is an advantage, helping ensure strategic initiatives support long-term brand equity.
This is a full-time role based in Copenhagen. We will review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, with the aim of having the successful candidate join us in May / June.
