
Creative Lead
We are seeking a Creative Lead to guide the development and execution of Tekla’s creative output across all brand touchpoints. This role combines creative leadership, team management, and strategic collaboration, ensuring the brand’s visual and narrative expression remains cohesive, distinctive, and aligned with Tekla’s ambition.
Working closely with the Creative Director and Founder, the Creative Lead will help translate the brand’s long-term vision into compelling campaigns, storytelling, and experiences, including impactful output across digital channels. The role will report into the Head of Brand & Marketing and serve as a key bridge between creative, marketing, and product teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead in developing Tekla’s creative vision, by shaping and executing creative work that bridges brand and commerce with clarity, originality, and sensitivity.
This role is based in Copenhagen and requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution as you coach and collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional results for Tekla.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Creative Leadership
- Collaborate with the Creative Director / Founder to interpret and implement the brand’s creative direction, leading the execution of Tekla’s creative vision across campaigns, product launches, editorial storytelling, digital platforms, and experiences.
- Ensure consistency and evolution of Tekla’s visual direction, tone of voice, and brand narrative.
- Support in articulating the brand strategy and executing into clear creative concepts and deliverables.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Manage and mentor a strong creative team including Art Direction, Copywriting, and Creative Production.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring creative culture that supports high-quality output and professional growth. Oversee workflows, prioritisation, and resource planning across creative projects and closely with other teams, maximising efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Responsible for the team’s coordination of internal and external collaborators, including photographers, stylists, filmmakers, and agencies.
Campaign & Content Development
- Lead the concept development and delivery of seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, and collaborations.
- Oversee art direction for photography and film, ensuring work reflects Tekla’s aesthetic and brand values.
- Guide the development of editorial, social, and cultural storytelling that strengthens Tekla’s brand presence globally.
Creative Production & Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of creative production, from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure creative assets are produced efficiently and to the highest quality across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Work closely with the wider Brand & Marketing team alongside the Commercial channels, including E-Commerce and Retail teams, to ensure creative output supports brand and commercial objectives.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong experience in creative leadership, art direction, or brand design within premium fashion, design, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven capability leading creative teams with people management across creative functions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, campaigns, and visual identity work, translating ideas to drive impact across channels, including digital.
- Experience overseeing photography, film production, and campaign development. Familiarity with editorial storytelling and culturally driven brand campaigns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable creative work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience working in international brand environments.
