About the Opportunity

Teads is hiring a Director, Business Development - CTV Supply to drive Connected TV supply growth across the region. It's a senior, strategic role that pairs high-level thinking with hands-on execution: you'll secure and launch high-value partnerships with leading CTV players: OEMs, AVOD apps, broadcasters, and MVPDs – with a focus on monetization through Homescreen, Instream, and Advanced formats (in-content and pause ads).

Reporting to the SVP, Global Commercial Strategy CTV, you'll operate as a senior individual contributor and own the full BD lifecycle, from opening doors to getting deals into production. Success depends on the depth of your industry relationships, your grasp of CTV technology, and your ability to navigate complex, non-standard deals that require close alignment with product and legal.

What you'll do

  • Secure strategic CTV supply partnerships across the US and Canada, prioritizing impact and long-term value
  • Own every phase of the BD lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and integration coordination
  • Drive adoption of new CTV monetization formats
  • Represent Teads CTV to the partner ecosystem and bring the voice of the market back inside the company
  • Partner with product, legal, and operations to bring complex deals to life
  • Help shape Teads' long-term CTV supply strategy across North America

What you bring

  • 5–8 years in digital media or adtech, including 2+ years focused specifically on CTV
  • A strong network of decision-makers across the CTV ecosystem: OEMs, AVOD apps, broadcasters, and MVPDs
  • Solid command of the core technologies and standards behind CTV advertising: SSAI, SDKs, VAST, podding, and more
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and internal alignment skills, especially with legal and product
  • NYC-based, hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership — your scope is bigger than your title.
  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale — 2.2Bn users / month, 18Bn ad opportunities / day.
  • Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ markets.
  • A genuinely human culture — high care alongside high accountability.
  • Real investment in your growth — mentorship, coaching, courses, workshops, certifications and management programmes.

The pay range for this position is USD $180,000 to $250,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
