About the Opportunity & Team
This role sits within the Campaign Management team in Taiwan, reporting directly to the Head of Campaign Management, APAC.
As we continue to scale our footprint in North Asia, this team is responsible for driving flawless campaign execution and delivering exceptional client experiences across the market. You will collaborate daily with Sales, Account Management, Studio, and Operations teams to translate client objectives into measurable outcomes.
This 14-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, directly influencing revenue retention and business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- Core Mission: Act as the execution anchor to deliver outstanding digital advertising campaigns and maximize client KPIs within Taiwan.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales and Account Management to translate high-level business goals into operational realities.
- Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing both Managed Service and Self-Serve campaign portfolios, overseeing setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving 100% campaign delivery within SLA, proactively identifying incremental revenue opportunities, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the 14-month term.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Flawless Delivery
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from onboarding and trafficking to QA and post-campaign analysis, ensuring all deliverables meet strict SLA guidelines.
- Set up and launch digital advertising campaigns via Teads Ad Manager (TAM) and legacy platforms, ensuring strict alignment with client tracker requirements and brand safety standards.
- Review and analyze key operational inputs—such as client briefs, assets, and third-party tracking tags—to guarantee a seamless campaign launch.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily, implementing proactive optimizations to meet or exceed client KPIs.
- Identify actionable insights and key trends from campaign performance data, providing strategic recommendations to Account Managers for upselling and revenue retention.
- Orchestrate post-campaign wrap-ups, creating clear, data-driven performance reports and summarizing key highlights to demonstrate the commercial impact delivered to clients.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Cultivate trusted, advisory relationships with internal partners (Sales, Account Management, Creative) and external clients, acting as the primary post-sale point of contact.
- Serve as a trusted consultant for Self-Serve clients, providing clear guidance on platform onboarding, campaign setup, and best practices within the Teads ecosystem.
- Coordinate with the Insights team to initiate Brand Lift studies and troubleshoot any technical ad-serving or tracking issues.

What Will You Bring to the Team?
- Core Experience: Demonstrated experience (2-4 years) executing digital advertising campaigns, ad operations, or account management within a fast-paced AdTech, media agency, or digital platform environment.
- Domain Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with programmatic advertising, ad-serving platforms, and DSPs (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms).
- Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate campaign metrics into actionable strategies and clear performance reports using Excel and other analytics tools.
- Communication: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication skills to effectively manage client expectations and collaborate with regional teams.
- Location/Legalities: Right to work in Taiwan without future visa sponsorship requirements.
Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier)
- Prior experience managing both self-serve and managed service campaign models.
- Deep understanding of the Taiwanese digital advertising ecosystem and strong familiarity with local media agencies and brands.
- Hands-on experience with video advertising, mobile formats, and third-party tracking implementation.
