About the Opportunity & Team

At Teads, our New York City office plays an important role in bringing our people, culture, and business together. We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of our NYC workplace and create an environment that is welcoming, engaging, highly functional and reflective of Teads culture.

This is a broad, hands-on role responsible for the overall management of the NYC office, spanning facilities, workplace operations, employee experience, events, executive support, vendor management, and office administration.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the NYC office, partnering closely with the People team, local and executive leadership, IT, facilities, finance, building management, and external vendors to ensure the office operates seamlessly day to day.

About the Role

Core Mission: Own the overall NYC workplace experience, ensuring our office is well-run, engaging, professional, and equipped to support our employees, executives, clients and business.

Scope of Ownership: Lead the day-to-day office and facilities management, employee experience, events and meetings, executive office support, vendors, budgets and local workplace administration.

Success Looks Like: The NYC office operates seamlessly, facilities are proactively managed, employees have a great workplace experience, executives and visitors are well supported, and meetings, events and office initiatives are executed to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

Office & Facilities Management

  • Own the day-to-day management and overall operations of the NYC office, serving as the primary point of contact for all workplace and facilities-related needs.
  • Ensure the office is consistently functional, organized, well-maintained, fully stocked, safe and ready to support employees and visitors.
  • Manage relationships with building management, property teams, cleaning services, security, catering, office suppliers and other external vendors.
  • Oversee general facilities maintenance and coordinate with appropriate internal or external partners when necessary.
  • Oversee conference rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, common areas, storage areas and other office facilities to ensure they remain functional and professional.
  • Coordinate office access, badges, keys, security procedures, visitor access, and building requirements.
  • Support workplace safety, emergency procedures, evacuation planning, and other office compliance requirements.
  • Manage seating plans, workspace assignments, office moves, furniture needs, and space planning as the organization evolves.
  • Lead office improvement projects, furniture installations, repairs, vendor projects, and other workplace enhancements from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for urgent office or facilities issues and ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Create a welcoming, engaging office environment where employees feel connected and excited to come to work.
  • Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, team experiences, cultural moments, and engagement initiatives throughout the year.
  • Manage food and beverage programs, catering, office supplies, hospitality needs, and other day-to-day employee amenities.
  • Partner closely with the People team and local leadership on office engagement and employee experience initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback and proactively identify opportunities to continuously improve the NYC workplace experience.

Meetings, Events & Executive Support

  • Coordinate the onsite experience for executive leadership, many of whom are based in or regularly work from the NYC office.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and logistical support to executives when needed, particularly for office-based needs, visitors, meetings, and events.
  • Own the onsite logistics and setup for internal/external meetings, town halls, all-hands meetings, and other gatherings held in the NYC office.
  • Coordinate room setup, catering, technology readiness, materials, seating, signage, and other meeting logistics.
  • Support executive and VIP visits, ensuring the office and meeting spaces are prepared and the overall experience is seamless.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are appropriately configured and meeting-ready.

Vendor, Budget & Administrative Management

  • Manage local office and event budgets, including expense tracking, forecasting, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor spend.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate where appropriate, and ensure Teads receives high-quality service and value.
  • Review workplace services and contracts regularly and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, or cost.

What Will You Bring to the Team?

  • Office management expertise: Significant experience managing a busy corporate office or workplace environment, ideally in New York City.
  • Facilities experience: Strong experience managing facilities, building relationships, maintenance needs, vendors, workplace projects, and day-to-day physical office operations.
  • Ownership mentality: You’re comfortable being the go-to person for the office and taking responsibility for issues from identification through resolution.
  • Executive presence: Professional and confident interacting with senior executives, Board members, clients, employees, building management, and external partners.
  • Events & hospitality: Experience planning and executing employee events, executive meetings, client experiences, and larger onsite gatherings.
  • Operational savvy: Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot quickly, and keep multiple moving pieces organized.
  • Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Budget management: Experience managing office budgets, invoices, vendors, contracts, and expenses.
  • Employee-first mindset: You care about creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, connected, and supported.
  • Energy & creativity: You enjoy bringing ideas to life and finding new ways to improve both the employee experience and the way the office operates.
  • Hands-on approach: No task is too big or too small. You’re equally comfortable coordinating a major leadership meeting, managing a facilities issue, negotiating with a vendor, or jumping in to solve an unexpected office need.

What You’ll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
