The EVP, Client Solutions & Strategic Products is a critical executive leader responsible for shaping how Teads brings innovation to market, driving adoption of strategic products, and transforming data-driven insights into competitive advantage.

The EVP, Client Solutions & Strategic Products is responsible for turning innovation into revenue. By combining product marketing, strategic product leadership, and industry-leading insights, this executive ensures Teads' most important solutions achieve market adoption, commercial success, and sustainable competitive advantage.

This role leads three high-impact functions:

  1. Product Marketing
  2. Strategic Product Business Leadership
  3. Research, Data & Insights

The EVP will act as the commercial bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring Teads' most strategic solutions are positioned, packaged, and scaled effectively across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own global product marketing strategy across the Teads platform and emerging solutions.
  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales narratives.
  • Create differentiated market stories that strengthen Teads' leadership in CTV, Performance marketing, Retail Media, Attention, AI, and future growth areas.
  • Partner with Product and Commercial leadership to bring new solutions to market and accelerate adoption.
  • Lead product launches, enablement programs, customer communications, and industry thought leadership.
  • Ensure consistent product storytelling across all regions and customer segments.

Own Business Leadership for Strategic Growth Products

Serve as executive business lead for three strategic products or growth initiatives: CTV, Performance and Retail Media.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define revenue, adoption, and profitability objectives.
  • Build and execute annual growth plans.
  • Monitor performance, identify barriers to scale, and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key customers and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop business cases for investments and future product roadmap priorities.
  • Present progress and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Lead Research, Data & Insights

  • Oversee Teads' global research, measurement, and insights organization.
  • Establish industry-leading thought leadership programs that demonstrate the effectiveness of Teads' platform.
  • Translate research into actionable commercial narratives that influence advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Drive innovation in attention measurement, media effectiveness, consumer insights, and CTV performance.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver strategic insights that unlock growth opportunities.
  • Ensure data and insights become a core differentiator for Teads in the marketplace.

Executive Leadership

  • Serve as a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team.
  • Influence company strategy through deep market, customer, and competitive understanding.
  • Foster collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Create a culture of accountability, innovation, customer obsession, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, adtech, martech, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven executive leadership experience across product marketing, strategy, insights, or commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of CTV, video, programmatic advertising, retail media, measurement, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience owning P&L, product growth targets, or significant business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives, major clients, investors, and industry audiences.
  • Global leadership experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is USD $500,000 to $575,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
