The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, is a senior accounting leader to own the corporate accounting function of the Company. This role is hands-on and strategic and will manage a small team, improve systems and workflows. This role partners closely with regional finance and tax accounting teams. The role will be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Corporate & Global Accounting
Key Responsibilities
General Corporate Accounting & Global Close

- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, drive close calendars, cut-off adherence
- Oversee the general ledger chart of accounts in NetSuite; maintain documentation and ensure consistency across entities working closely with Manager of Systems
- Coordinates accounting and alignment across multiple countries (around 50)/entities
- Own the company’s core accounting operations and close for the parent entity including revaluation and consolidation in NetSuite
- Own bonus payout calculations and global over/underage review and approval
- Pension accounting and footnote support
- Restructuring accounting and footnote support
- Manage the cash close process for the parent company
- Review/approve various monthly journal entries
- Review/approve various account reconciliations
- Manage Floqast balance sheet variance analysis for the parent company
- Perform NetSuite transaction review control
Global Internal Reporting & Analysis

- Oversee consolidated variance analysis and management reporting (i.e. Prelim flux, Quarterly Reporting Pack)
- Oversee the preparation, review and reporting of the EBITDA Flash (monthly and quarterly)
- Oversee the preparation and review of the Audit Committee Deck
- Own the annual finance budget working closely with Chief Accounting Officer & FP&A
- Support management and external reporting requirements
- Manage the quarterly review as well as the annual audit request/PBC lists
Systems, Data & Controls

- Support ERP implementations, system integrations and COA data governance, working closely with the Director of Accounting
- Design and operate SOX/ICFR controls over consolidation and reporting; maintain policies and desk procedures
- Maintain validation rules and mapping tables, drive automation and process improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance
- Maintain documentation for accounting policies and procedures
Leadership & Collaboration

- Manage and mentor regional accounting teams or outsourced providers
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Legal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting/audit and corporate roles.
- Proven track record owning close in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
- Strong technical accounting (US GAAP or IFRS) across revenue, expenses, leases, equity, and consolidations.
- Hands-on proficiency with an ERP (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and reconciliation tools (e.g. Floqast); advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated process improvement and systems savvy, comfort with data integrity and operational details.
- Excellent & proactive communication, prioritization, and leadership skills; thrives in a dynamic, fast pace & scaling environment.
The pay range for this position is USD $120,000 to $140,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
