The ideal candidate is a dynamic, client-oriented professional with previous experience in the EMEA market. As a Publisher Manager MEA, you will be at the heart of a highly international environment.
Based in Bucharest, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partners (publishers) across multiple countries within the MEA region. You will work within an international team and management structure, specifically based in France and the United Arab Emirates, ensuring seamless coordination between global strategies and local execution.
What will you do?
- International Growth & Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts across the MEA region.
- Operations & Strategy: Lead all operational and strategic aspects (technical setup, monitoring, analysis, up-selling, and retention) to achieve goals for both Teads and its partners.
- Onboarding & Optimization: Collaborate with the Business Development team to oversee the integration of new inventory and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with R&D and Product teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Product Expertise: Master the Teads solutions portfolio to provide the most relevant offerings for each partner.
- Renewals: Support Business Development during contract renewal or amendment phases.
What will you bring to the team?

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital media / Ad Tech industry, ideally in managing clients within the EMEA region.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to track, identify, and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Languages: Fluent in English (frequent interaction with management and international partners). Any other language (notably Arabic or French) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Technical Aptitude: Desire to learn the technical nuances of the Teads system to solve client issues.
- Soft Skills: Autonomous, self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft/Google suites (Excel/Sheets). Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
