Role Overview
The MD, Mexico will drive the growth of Teads’ demand-side business in Mexico, reporting into the MD, LATAM. This is a hands-on, high-impact commercial leadership role, responsible for turning around performance in both markets, scaling operations, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will lead a compact but high-performing team, focusing on direct brand relationships, agency partnerships, and programmatic channels to get Mexico back to growth. This role requires a proven track record of driving commercial results in fast-paced, digital media environments, with strong leadership and budget management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Mexico demand-side strategy in alignment with the broader global vision.
- Identify growth opportunities, set market priorities, and drive execution in Mexico while supporting the ROLA team as well.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth and margin expansion through direct client relationships, agency partnerships, and programmatic channels.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a Sales and CX teams in Mexico.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key regional clients and agencies.
- Strengthen existing partnerships while uncovering new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Supply team on publisher partnerships
- Implement best-in-class sales processes, KPIs, and reporting for Mexican operations, with alignment with global standards
- Champion Teads’ latest solutions within Mexico market.
- Partner closely cross-functional teams (Supply, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in Mexico and Latin American markets
- Solid connections and network with Agency Holding Co leadership and decision makers in Mexico
- Solid connections and network with Publishers in Mexico
- Previous management experience for at least 5 years
- People-first leadership skills
