About the opportunity

  • We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads. This is a hybrid role, combining client relationship management with hands-on campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in digital media and/or advertising who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll manage a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. While a solid understanding of digital campaign execution is a plus, this role focuses primarily on relationship management, campaign success, and commercial growth.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency and direct brand clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup of Managed Teads Ad Manager campaigns and Programmatic Deal ID activations, in alignment with client objectives.
  • Configure and maintain campaign data requirements, including Insights tagging and Custom Audience creation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, proactively optimizing to meet KPIs, pacing, and overall campaign goals.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, supporting performance improvements and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning solutions with client needs and campaign learnings.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, conducting first-level investigations and escalating to Technical Support (TS) when necessary.
  • Own and deliver campaign reporting, preparing and presenting insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment on timelines, objectives, and client expectations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong and trusted client relationships.
  • Consistent campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Growth in revenue from existing accounts.
  • Positive collaboration and contribution within the local team.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2–5 years of experience in campaign management, customer success, or digital advertising (preferably in media, adtech, or programmatic).
  • Proven experience managing clients, campaigns and supporting revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Dutch is an advantage), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ad operations workflows and tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in digital innovation.
  • A proven track-record of exceptional time management - you can effectively plan long-term, big projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.

    You connect with our values:
Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.
You thrive on working in a team.

We care about you

  • Work from anywhere (nomad days).
