About Tamara's Builders Program – Undergraduate Track
This program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Your role
As a Governance Intern/Co-Op, you’ll support Tamara’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) function to ensure that our operations align with internal frameworks, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices. You’ll contribute to the documentation, monitoring, and improvement of our governance structures and help promote accountability across the business.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and updating governance-related documentation and policies
- Support tracking of compliance with internal controls and policy frameworks
- Contribute to the preparation of internal governance reports and presentations
- Help document decision-making processes and governance structures across departments
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess and improve internal governance practices
- Research relevant regulations, trends, and global governance standards
Your expertise
Experience:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Relevant academic projects or internship experience in governance, risk, or compliance is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented with a structured, analytical approach
- Basic understanding of corporate governance principles and frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy
