About Tamara's Builders Program – Undergraduate Track
This program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

Your role
As an Enterprise Risk Intern, you’ll support Tamara’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating key business risks. You will help document risk-related processes, contribute to risk assessments, and support our business continuity and enterprise risk management efforts.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in conducting risk assessments for different business units under the guidance of the Enterprise Risk team
- Support in documenting risks, controls, and mitigation plans in the Enterprise Risk Register
- Participate in walkthroughs and help create process maps to identify key risk points
- Help coordinate with Risk Champions across departments to gather data and prepare risk reports
- Assist in preparing risk awareness materials and supporting the execution of risk culture workshops
- Support the documentation of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and assist in related testing or simulations
- Research relevant regulations and industry best practices in risk and business continuity
- Contribute to the preparation of risk-related presentations and internal communications
Your expertise
Experience:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Relevant academic projects or internship experience in governance, risk, or compliance is a plus
Skills:
- Basic understanding of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data or processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple deliverables under guidance
